Do I need an account to scan?

No. You get 3 free scans without signing up. After that, a free account lets you scan without limits.

What does "authorized use only" mean?

You may only scan sites and repos you own or have explicit written permission to test. Scanning third-party sites without permission is illegal in most jurisdictions.

Can it scan private GitHub repos?

Yes, on the Pro and Team plans. You provide a GitHub token with read access; we never store it after the scan completes.

Is this a replacement for a professional pentest?

No. SetScanTarget finds surface-level client-side issues fast. A professional penetration test goes deeper and is recommended before any public launch.
